¹⁴ He said to her, “How long are you going to stay drunk? Get rid of your wine!” ¹⁵ Hannah answered, “Oh no, my lord! I am a woman who is deeply troubled. I have not been drinking either wine or liquor. I have been pouring out my soul to the Lord. ¹⁶ Do not account your handmaid to be a daughter of Belial. I have been speaking out of the abundance of my difficulties and my grief.”
